Not in RISM, not found in other library catalogs. Goulding, Phipps & D'Almaine were at this adresses between 1800 and 1804 (Humphries & Smith, Music Publishing in the British Isles, 1970, p. 159). This edition was part of a series of "Slow Movements" with national airs that appeared c. 1802. No. 23, A New Slow Movement and a Beautiful Persian Air Arranged as a Rondo for the Piano Forte, was announced, together with others, in the Morning Post on 23.11.1802 and reviewed in the Monthly Magazine 14, No. 91, 1.12.1802 (p. 441). Therefore this one [No. 15] was most likely published some months earlier.
